The customer classification currently assigned to your account and the rate charged for your service are shown each month on your Texas Gas Service bill.
Using the information provided on your bill, you can verify that your account is properly classified and is being billed to you on the correct rate.

The Rio Grande Valley Service Area includes the incorporated and environs communities of Alamo, Alton, Bayview, Brownsville, Combes, Donna, Edcouch, Edinburg, Elsa, Harlingen, Hidalgo, La Feria, Laguna Heights, Laguna Vista, La Joya, La Villa, Los Fresnos, Lyford, McAllen, Mercedes, Mission, Monte Alto, Olmito, Palmhurst, Palm Valley, Palmview, Penitas, Pharr, Port Isabel, Primera, Progreso, Rancho Viejo, Raymondville, Rio Hondo, San Benito, San Carlos, San Juan, Santa Rosa, Weslaco, and the unincorporated areas of Jim Hogg and Starr counties.
